This is BRUMARBA's most successful and proven cross both in the show ring and in producing future national champions. This special cross produced siblings, the lovely mares SHAIA+ Reserve National Champion and BRUMARBA SUNSHAIN National Top Ten, and EVENING SHAIDE a sire of multiple National Champions.
EVENING SHAIDE's grand-dam *ZLABIYA, was sired by the legendary straight Spanish ALHABAC. *ZLABIYA holds the distinction of being the only 2-time World Champion Mare. This strong tail female line is most evident in EVENING SHAIDE according to BRUMARBA founder Bruce Clark.

As in the BRUMARBA program, SHAIDE ALLIANCE studies every cross to choose the attributes of the line to produce predictable results. One of if not the most important attribute that a sire (and dam) should possess, is a good mind, what we call, “their heart”. Over the years, when “things happen” as they often do around horses, EVENING SHAIDE's great mind is evident in dealing with the circumstances, which always makes us thankful of our BRUMARBA roots. We believe this is why SHAIDE admirers can be found as far away as Germany and Australia, as well as Canada and Mexico.
This is the best part of our success, while we have dominated at the highest level in the show ring, our horses are just a pleasure to be around at home. It is a thrill to breed top show horse champions, but our real enjoyment comes from just being around the horses, who return so much affection to us. Obviously we have the best of both worlds!
